Screenprinting,Wrestling,AndBook Donations

What do you get when you combine a local screenprinter, wrestling, and books? An unexpected but wonderful way to support the mission of Lehigh Valley Reads, and an opportunity to provide books to local children.

Lehigh Valley Apparel Creations (LVAC) has been screenprinting items for businesses, organizations, and bands for over a decade. They recently printed our new adults and kids tshirts! Outside of business hours, they host unconventional events, and Lehigh Valley Reads was the recipient of generosity from an event that brought professional wrestling, vegan dessert, and punk bands to Bethlehem, PA.

Let’s Hang Out  took place on December 27, and LVAC received hundreds of books in English and Spanish, donated by event attendees. These books will be distributed to children throughout the region at the Lehigh Valley Reads table. We gave a huge thank you to LVAC and to our wrestling fans for supporting our mission of ensuring that all students are reading on grade level by the end of third grade!
